Dream island

Shipyard Northman and Ahoj Charters are taking part in constructing a luxurious settlement on the island in Węgorzewo.

The island is surrounded by the picturesque Węgorapa River and Węgorzewski Canal. The island’s area is almost 40 hectares. The already begun investment has the area of 19 hectares and will be surrounded by almost 20 hectares of forests.

The forests and the river surrounding the marina create unique atmosphere and enable the visitors to enjoy the natural beauty of Mazury in peace and quiet, but still in vicinity of the town and Great Mazurian Lakes Trail.

The investment, among others, comprises constructing a marina with two ports, restaurants, shops, service centres, hotels, SPA, cottages and apartments for sale.
